This is one of my favorite muffins. It is so simple and yummy. It is especially budget friendly. I have made this recipe for years. I always love to have a warm breakfast, so I made these while going to college. I also love to have them with many different soups. I would say they are a mix between a muffin and a biscuit. They are good with butter, honey, jam, or jelly. I also think they are good plain.
These muffins are also great because they are a one bowl recipe. You put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them up and then bake them.
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Put the Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar, Egg, Milk, and Oil into a mixing bowl. Mix this with a hand mixer until it is smooth.
3. Spray your muffin tins with spray or butter them. Fill the muffin tins about ¾ full.
4. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
5. Enjoy!
