This is a delicious recipe that my family loves! I am pretty picky when it comes to sweet and sour, and this is one of the best recipes I have ever tried! I am also pretty picky because I don't like to deep fry my chicken because it is so unhealthy. You get the flavor without deep frying it. This recipe is also a simple weeknight dinner that you can make pretty fast. My family is always excited when I make this meal and always eats it well. I hope your family loves it as much as mine!

Ingredients:

Chicken

8-10 Chicken Tenders

3 Eggs

2 c. Cornstarch

2 Tbl. Garlic Salt

6 Tbl. Olive Oil

Sauce

1/2 c. Ketchup

1 c. Water

1 1/2 c. Sugar

1/4 c. Vinegar

1 Tbl. Soy Sauce

2 tsp. Knorr Chicken Bullion

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a mixing bowl combine the Cornstarch and the Garlic Salt. Stir it to combine.

3. Beat 3 eggs in a medium mixing bowl.

4. Cut the raw Chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat a large frying pan on a medium heat. Add half the Olive Oil.

5. Place half the Chicken Pieces in the eggs. Coat the chicken, then add it to the cornstarch mixture. Coat the chicken completely in the cornstarch, then place it in the hot frying pan. Brown it, but don't cook it all the way through. Remove the chicken from the pan and place it in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Add the remaining Olive Oil and repeat for the remaining chicken.

6. In a saucepan combine the Ketchup, Water, Sugar, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, and the Chicken Bullion. Heat it through until it starts boiling. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the 9x13 pan.

7. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

8. Serve over Rice. Enjoy!
