This is a recipe that I love to use on a busy weeknight because it is so fast and easy. This is a comfort food for our family, and my kids are always excited when I make it for dinner. They eat dinner quickly because they love it so much! In fact, they always try to get away with licking the plate. 😊 It really is delicious! If I have time then I will make my meatballs from scratch, but if I am in a hurry, I use the ones from Costco.
Preparation:
1. Heat the Meatballs through according to package directions.
2. In a large pot, melt the Butter. Let it begin to brown, then add the Flour and stir it well. Continue to stir the butter and flour for about a minute. Add the Beef Bullion and stir it in.
3. Add the Heavy Cream and the Half and Half Cream. Stir it constantly until it begins to thicken. Remove it from the heat.
4. Add the Meatballs and stir them until they are covered.
5. Serve over Mashed Potatoes (which is the traditional way), or over Rice or Egg Noodles. Whichever you prefer.
6. Enjoy!
