Chicken Divan
This is a delicious and easy recipe for a weeknight dinner. I used to eat what we called “Broccoli Casserole”. This is a much better recipe than what we ate. There is a lot of chicken, sauce, and stuffing so it isn’t just mostly broccoli. My family really likes this recipe and it is simple to make! If you don’t love broccoli, you can’t hardly tell that it is there.
Preparation:
1. Cut the Broccoli into bite-sized pieces and seam it for 5- 6 minutes, or until it is tender. Place it in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
2. Shred the Chicken and place it on top of the broccoli.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, Curry Powder, Garlic Salt, and Pepper. Spread it over the top of the chicken.
4. Sprinkle Shredded Cheese on top of the sauce.
5. Make a package of Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions. Spread it on top of the cheese.
6. Sprinkle more Cheese on top of the stuffing.
7. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
