This has always been one of my favorite dinners! It is so easy to put together and your family will be asking for more. It literally takes me about 20 minutes. You can make this in the instant pot, or you can cook it in the oven. I prefer the oven method because the sauce for is a little thicker and I think it tastes a little better. I will include both methods so you can choose!

Ingredients:

1 box Stove Top Stuffing made according to package directions

1 ½ lb. Lean Ground Beef

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 package Onion Soup Mix

1 ½ c. Milk

Preparation:

1. Prepare 1 box of Stove Top stuffing according to package directions. Let it cool and form into 6 balls.

2. Separate 1 ½ lbs. of Ground Beef into 6 balls. Flatten the meat into a patty and place a ball of stuffing in it and cover the stuffing with the ground beef. Do this with each of the stuffing balls.

3. Mix the Cream of Chicken Soup, the Onion Soup Mix, and the Milk. Push the Sauté button on the instant pot and heat the soup mixture.

4.Place the Stuffed hamburgers in the instant pot and cover them with the sauce.

5. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the pressure to high. Pressurize for 20 minutes, then do a quick release on the pressure.

6. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
