Stuffed Hamburgers
This has always been one of my favorite dinners! It is so easy to put together and your family will be asking for more. It literally takes me about 20 minutes. You can make this in the instant pot, or you can cook it in the oven. I prefer the oven method because the sauce for is a little thicker and I think it tastes a little better. I will include both methods so you can choose!
Preparation:
1. Prepare 1 box of Stove Top stuffing according to package directions. Let it cool and form into 6 balls.
2. Separate 2 lbs. of Ground Beef into 6 balls. Flatten the meat into a patty and place a ball of stuffing in it and cover the stuffing with the ground beef. Do this with each of the stuffing balls.
3. Place the stuffed hamburger in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
4. Mix the Cream of Chicken soup, the Onion Soup Mix, and the Milk together and heat it up in a sauce pan.
5. Pour the soup over the stuffed hamburgers and bake.
6. Bake at 350° for 1.5 hours.
7. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
8. Enjoy!
