This is a delicious meal that my family loves! I never need to wonder if my kids are going to eat dinner well when I make this for dinner because they devour it every time. This recipe is packed with delicious flavor. I have traditionally eaten stuffed noodles with cheese rather than with meat, but I like it so much better stuffed with meat! This recipe is not difficult to make and is very filling. It is a great meal to make for company or to make for a weeknight meal. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 package Manicotti Shells

2 c. Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. Sausage

½ lb. Ground Beef

¾ c. Minced Onion

1 1/8 c. Panko Bread Crumbs

¾ tsp. Garlic Salt

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1 ½ c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

3 Eggs

3-4 c. Mozzarella Cheese (for the top)

Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes

Preparation:

1. Boil a large pot of water. Boil the Manicotti Noodles for 8-9 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Peel and mince the Onion.

3. In a frying pan cook the Ground Beef and the Sausage. When it is mostly cooked add the Onion and finish cooking it through. Remove the pan from the heat.

4. Add the Mozzarella Cheese, Dry Bread Crumbs, Eggs, Garlic Salt, and the Italian Seasoning. Mix together well. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

5. Spread ½ c. of the Spaghetti Sauce on the bottom of the 9x13 Glass Baking Dish.

6. Stuff the Manicotti Noodles with the Meat mixture. Place the Stuffed Manicotti in the 9x13 Glass Baking Dish.

7. Spread the remaining Spaghetti Sauce over the Stuffed Manicotti Noodles.

8. Cover the Sauce with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes more.

9. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.

10. Serve and enjoy!
