This is one of my favorite pie recipes! It is really the best strawberry pie. From the Graham Cracker Crust, to the creamy layer in the middle, and then the strawberry glaze with freshly cut strawberries on top, it is perfection! This pie is simple to make and will be perfect for any occasion. Everyone will love this light dessert. You could make it for Mother’s Day, Easter, or just because you have strawberries in the fridge! If you can’t find Danish Dessert in the store, you can buy it on Amazon. It really is the best strawberry glaze I have found. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Crust

1 ½ c. Graham Cracker Crumbs

¼ c. Sugar

4 Tbl. Salted Butter

Cream Filling

1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream

8 oz. package Cream Cheese

½ c. Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

Strawberry Topping

1 package Danish Dessert

3-4 c. Sliced Strawberries

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a small mixing bowl combine the Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar, and the Melted Butter. Mix it together and then pour into a pie dish. Press the Graham Cracker Crumbs into the pie dish evenly. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool completely.

3. Whip the Heavy Whipping Cream until it is stiff. In a separate bowl mix the Cream Cheese, Sugar, and the Vanilla until it is smooth. Add the Whipped Cream and mix it together well. Spread the mixture in the bottom of the pie crust. Place it in the fridge to cool.

4. Make the Danish Dessert Strawberry Glaze according to package directions. Let it cool most of the way and then add the sliced Strawberries. Spread it over the top of the pie. Refrigerate the pie for 2-3 hours.

5. Serve and enjoy!
