This is a quick and easy slow cooker dinner. I love to cook with pork, but there aren’t near as many recipes for pork as there are for chicken. So, I have been trying to come up with more recipes for pork. This recipe is a sweet ginger pork that goes over rice. It is both delicious and so simple to make! You can put it together in the morning and come home to a delicious dinner! My family loves this recipe and I will be making it on repeat. I hope you love it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Dice the Pork Loin Roast into bite-sized pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, and the Ginger. Stir them together and pour it over the top of the Pork.
3. Turn the Slow Cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
4. In a small bowl, combine the Corn Starch and the Cold Water. Stir it together, then pour it into the Slow Cooker. Stir it together until it thickens.
5. Serve over Rice. Enjoy!
