Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork Chops
This is a delicious and simple meal that comes together in minutes! I love to make dinner in the crock pot because it takes minimal effort and it provides a tasty meal for my family. This recipe is no exception. My kids devour this meal every time I make it and ask for more. It is a tiny bit spicy and they don’t always love a spicy meal, but they love this one! It has tons of flavor and the Pork Chops are tender and juicy. This makes a great weeknight meal or a great Sunday dinner for your family. I hope you love it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. In your Crock Pot combine the Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Salt, Ketchup, Red Chili Paste, and the Pepper. Stir it together.
2. Add the Pork Chops and stir to cover them in the sauce.
3. Turn the Crock Pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours, or on High for 4-6 hours.
4. 1 hour before serving, mix the Cornstarch and the Cold Water in a bowl. Pour it over the Pork Chops and gently stir around. Let it cook for 1 more hour.
5. Serve over Rice. Enjoy!
