
If you are looking for the easiest recipe in the world that is also absolutely delicious, then this recipe is it! With only 5 ingredients that take less than 5 minutes to put together, you will have the most delicious chicken dinner. I love a good slow cooker meal especially when we have a busy night with lots of activities. It is my go-to because I know that I won’t have time to cook dinner. I don’t like to eat out because it is so expensive and I know that I can cook something better for so much less! So, this recipe is one that I use often. I cook some rice to go with it and a vegetable or a salad. The kids really love this recipe and devour it whenever I make it. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Place the Chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Mix the Brown Sugar and the Soy Sauce together in a small mixing bowl. Pour it over the top of the chicken and turn the slow cooker on. Cook it for 5-7 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high.
3. About 10 minutes before serving mix the Cornstarch and the Cold water in a small mixing bowl. Then pour it into the sauce in the crockpot and stir it around a little without breaking up the chicken.
4. Serve over Rice. Enjoy!
