Ramen Chicken Salad
This is a delicious and simple salad to make. I have always loved a good cabbage salad with chicken and ramen. I have had several different variations of this salad and I like this one the most. It has some sweetness to it with the Mandarin Oranges. This is a great salad to make to go with any meal, or to take to a potluck. It is pretty healthy and so delicious! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Chop the Green Onions and the Water Chestnuts into small pieces.
2. Dice the Chicken.
3. In a large bowl combine the shredded Cabbage, Green Onions, Water Chestnuts, Chicken, Mandarin Oranges, Ramen Noodles broken up, and the Sesame Seeds.
4. Make the dressing in a small bowl. Combine the Vinegar, Oil, Sugar, Salt, and the Ramen Noodle Flavoring packet. Stir together.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss the salad. Let the salad sit in the fridge for an hour to let the flavors combine.
6. Serve and enjoy!
