Strawberry Avocado Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

This is one of my favorite salads! It is so delicious and has an amazing combination of flavors. I have made this salad for friends and they go back for seconds and thirds. It is really that good! It tastes fresh and is very healthy. This is a great salad for spring and summer, and will go great at your summer barbeques. It is simple to make. You will have people asking you for the recipe.
Preparation:
1. Make your dressing. In a bowl, or in a blender combine the Oil, Hone, Apple Cider Vinegar, and the Poppyseeds. You can add a pinch of Pepper if you like it. I prefer it without. Mix it well.
2. In a small saucepan toast the Almonds. Turn the heat on medium and stir it constantly until the almonds are a light brown color.
3. Peel and slice a Red Onion.
4. Dice an Avocado.
5. Wash and slice the Strawberries.
6.In a large salad bowl, combine the Spinach, Diced Avocado, Red Onion, Blue Cheese, Sliced Strawberries, and the Toasted Almonds. Add the Dressing and toss the salad till it is mixed well.
7. Serve and Enjoy!
