Pumpkin Waffles
This is a delicious breakfast recipe! I love anything with Pumkin in it and these are no exception. I love how quick and easy these are to make. I have a hot and delicious breakfast for my family within 15 minutes and they love it! These waffles are soft and fluffy and have the best flavor. They don’t last long whenever I make them. These are good the second day if they don’t all get eaten right away. I love to pair these with Buttermilk Syrup. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the Waffle Maker.
2. In a large bowl combine the Flour, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Melted Butter, Eggs, Pumpkin, Vanilla, and the Buttermilk. Mix well.
3. Pour the waffle batter on the hot waffle maker and let it cook. I like mine to be a little crispy, so I put mine on a medium-dark setting, or between 3 and 4 on my waffle maker.
4. Remove the waffle from the waffle maker.
5. Serve and enjoy!
