This is a delicious syrup that my family loves! I love to make it because it really doesn’t hardly take any time and it makes Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast, or really any breakfast food taste better! I often make this when I am making Pancakes or Waffles to use up the last of the Buttermilk so that it doesn’t go to waste and it is so much better than bottled syrup. I find my kids trying to lick their plates when they are finished with breakfast because it is so yummy! I hope you love this simple and delicious recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Place the Butter, Sugar, and the Buttermilk in a saucepan. Cook it on a medium heat until it is hot and bubbly. Remove it from the heat.
2. Add the Karo Syrup, Vanilla, and the Baking Soda. Stir it in well.
3. Serve and enjoy!
