Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
I love a good pumpkin bread any time of year, but especially in the fall. Add Chocolate chips to it and it is even better! You will love this simple and delicious bread. You can use it for a dessert or for breakfast, or both! It is moist and it makes the house smell so good while it is baking. My family devours this whenever I make it for them.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Grease and line your bread pans with parchment paper so that the bread doesn’t stick to the pans.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Sugar, Flour, Salt, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Eggs, Pumpkin, and the Oil. Mix them until they are mixed well.
4. Mix the Chocolate Chips with 2 Tbl. of Flour so that they don’t sink to the bottom of your loaf while baking. Stir them until they are lightly coated with the flour. Then add them to the pumpkin batter and mix them well.
5. Pour the batter evenly into the bread pans. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top to make them look pretty.
6. Bake the pumpkin bread for 35-45 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
7. Remove the bread form the pans and let it cool on a cooling rack.
8. Serve and enjoy!
