This recipe is absolutely delicious! I love anything pumpkin flavored and this recipe is no exception. The bread only takes a few minutes to put together and makes the house smell amazing! It is a one bowl recipe and you literally just dump all the ingredients in and mix it up! This recipe makes 2 loaves of bread so it makes a great snack or a simple breakfast for your family. You can freeze the bread if you won't use both loaves fast enough. The bread is incredibly moist and has the perfect pumpkin spice flavor. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the Sugar, Flour, Salt, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Eggs, Pumpkin, and the Oil. Mix until it is mixed well.
3. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Pour the batter evenly into both pans.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
5. Remove the bread from the oven. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes before you remove bread from the pans. Remove the bread from the pans, then place on a cooling rack to finish cooling. (Or you can eat a slice while it is still warm!)
6. Serve and enjoy!
