Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Candy
This is a delicious Christmas candy that I grew up making. It doesn’t look as good as it tastes, but they are tasty! This is one of my kid’s favorites to make! I love it because it is simple to make. You can make these any time of year. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Preparation:
1. Prepare parchment paper on a hard surface or on a large baking sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the Rice Krispies, Dry Roasted Peanuts, and the Colored Mini Marshmallows.
3. Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave or on the stove on a medium-low temperature.
4. Stir the Peanut Butter into the White Chocolate until it is mixed in completely.
5. Pour the White Chocolate mixture into the Rice Krispies mixture. Stir it until it is mixed well.
6. Drop by spoonful onto the parchment paper. Let it dry completely.
7. Serve and enjoy!
