Butterscotch Haystacks
This is a recipe that my grandma made for years. She made them at Christmas and would have them out for our family Christmas party. They are so delicious and simple to make. Whenever I make these and share them, they have nostalgia from eating them when they were younger. I think that maybe every grandma made them years ago. We make them every Christmas and my family now enjoys them. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Prepare parchment paper on a baking sheet to place the Butterscotch Haystacks on.
2. Melt the Butterscotch Chocolate Chips in microwave or on the stove on a medium-low heat.
3. Add the Chow Mein Noodles and stir them in until they are coated in Butterscotch.
4. You will need to quickly spoon the Chow Mein Noodles onto the parchment paper in spoonful’s. The chocolate will harden kind of quickly, so you will want to get it done immediately.
5. Let it cool and harden, then store in an air tight container or serve.
6. Serve and enjoy!
