Peanut Butter Popcorn
This is a delicious recipe for those peanut butter lovers! This popcorn is delicious. I received this recipe from my grandma. I decided to spruce it up a bit and it went from yummy to amazing! I personally am a peanut butter lover, but when you add peanut butter cups to it, then it takes it to the next level of deliciousness. This popcorn recipe is quick and simple to make. You can make it for a game or a movie night for family or friends. You can also make this for a potluck or a sporting event treat. You can’t go wrong! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Pop the popcorn in a popcorn popper.
2. Chop the Peanut Butter Cups into small, bite-sized pieces. Add them to the Popcorn.
3. In a sauce pan bring the Karo Syrup and the Sugar to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
4. Add the Peanut Butter and the Vanilla. Stir it in until it is mixed well.
5. Pour the Peanut Butter mixture over the top of the Popcorn and stir it together until the popcorn is completely coated evenly.
6. Serve and enjoy!
