This recipe is my personal favorite Christmas treat. It is so delicious! I made these one year to share with my adopted grandma and she told me that they were the best thing she had ever eaten in her life! She was an amazing cook herself, so if that gives you any idea how good these are, then you need to try them. They are also simple to make. You can make these any time of year and are great to take to a family or a work party or a potluck. They will be the talk of the party! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Ingredients:

3 large (8oz.) Hershey Almond Bars

1 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip

2 c. Finely Crushed Vanilla Wafers

Preparation:

1. Break up the Hershey's Bars into smaller pieces and melt them in a saucepan on the stove on a medium-low heat. Remove the chocolate from the heat.

2. Add the Cool Whip and stir it in completely.

3. Cool the Chocolate mixture in the fridge for 2-3 hours, until it is firm.

4. Crush the Vanilla Wafers and place them in a small bowl.

5. Roll the Chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll each chocolate ball in the Vanilla Wafer crumbs. Place on a hard surface.

6. Freeze the Rocky Road Chocolate Delights. Remove from the freezer shortly before serving. They should be stored in the freezer.

7. Serve and enjoy!
