Overnight Raspberry French Toast Bake
This is a delicious recipe that my family loves! This recipe is the perfect Easter Breakfast, or holiday worthy recipe. It is one of my husband’s all time favorite recipes. I love to make this recipe because I can make it quickly the night before, and then wake up and bake it. I don’t have to wake up and work hard to make a nice breakfast, and my family loves it! This recipe only takes about 15 minutes to put together. It goes well with my Butter Syrup recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with Pam Spray.
2. Cut the Brioche Bread into 1-inch cubes. Spread half in the bottom of the 9x13 glass baking dish.
3. Cut the Cream Cheese into small squares and place them evenly over the top of the bread. Sprinkle the Raspberries evenly over the top of the Cream Cheese.
4. Spread the remaining Bread over the Raspberries and Cream Cheese.
5. In a medium mixing bowl beat the Eggs. Add the Cream, Sugar, Honey, Cinnamon, and the Vanilla. Mix it well and then pour it over the top of the bread evenly.
6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the French Toast Bake for 30 minutes covered with Aluminum Foil. Then remove the Aluminum Foil and bake for another 30 minutes, uncovered.
7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy! Click here for the Butter Syrup recipe that we love to serve with it!
