This is a delicious breakfast recipe that my family loves! I love a delicious, savory breakfast and this recipe is often my go-to breakfast. It is simple to make and I know that my kids will eat it quickly and ask for more. I hope that your family loves this recipe as much as mine!

Ingredients:

2 lb. Ground Sausage

2 Tbl. Butter

1 30 oz. bag Frozen Hash Browns

2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 Eggs

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 c. Milk

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.


2. In a large skillet brown the Sausage until it is cooked all the way through. Drain the fat. Set the sausage aside.


3.  Melt the Butter. Add the Hash Browns to the same skillet and cook them until they are lightly browned.


4. Place the Hash Browns in the bottom of a greased 9x13 glass baking dish.


5. Sprinkle the Sausage and the Cheese on top of the Hash Browns.


6. In a medium mixing bowl combine the Eggs, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and the Onion Powder. Mix it well.


7. Pour the Egg mixture over the Hash Browns.


8. Bake it uncovered for 45-55 minute. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.


9. Serve and enjoy!
