This is a delicious recipe that my family loves! I really love making overnight breakfast casseroles because I just have to wake up and pop them in the oven in the morning. They are simple to put together the night before and then we have a delicious warm breakfast the next morning that didn’t take much work. This recipe is no exception. It is delicious! It tastes like warm Cinnamon Rolls without all the work of making the dough. This recipe comes together in about 10-15 minutes. This recipe is holiday worthy or it can be made for a weekend meal. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Ingredients:

First Layer

1 loaf Vanilla Brioche Bread

12 Eggs

1 ½ c. Milk

½ c. Brown Sugar

1 Tbl. Cinnamon

¼ tsp. Nutmeg

1 Tbl. Vanilla

Second Layer

¼ c. Melted Butter

¼ c. Brown Sugar

1 Tbl. Cinnamon

1/8 tsp. Nutmeg

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes

Cream Cheese Frosting

¼ c. Salted Butter

1 package Cream Cheese

2 tsp. Vanilla

¼ c. Milk

2 c. Powdered Sugar

Preparation:

1. Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish. Cut the Bread into 1-inch cubes. Put all the bread into the baking dish.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Eggs, Milk, Brown Sugar, 1 Tbl. Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and the Vanilla. Mix it well. Pour it over the bread. Cover it and refrigerate it overnight.

3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

4. In a small bowl mix the Melted Butter, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and the Nutmeg. Drizzle over the top of the bread cubes.

5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until it is set in the middle. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

6. Make the Frosting. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Butter, Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Milk, and the Powdered Sugar. Mix it well.

7. Pipe the frosting over the top of the warm casserole, or spread it evenly.

8. Serve and enjoy!
