This is a delicious recipe that tastes just like eating the center of a gooey cinnamon roll. It is so delicious and gooey! My family loves it when I make this for them. I don’t make it too often, but it gets devoured when I do. My husband told me that this is probably his favorite recipe I have ever made. It is simple to make and takes a fraction of the time it takes to make Cinnamon Rolls. If you are craving Cinnamon Rolls but don’t want the work of making them, then this is a great substitute. Your family will love with this recipe and ask for it again and again. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Dough

1 ½ Tbl. Active Dry Yeast

3 Tbl. Sugar

1 ½ c. Lukewarm Water

½ tsp. Salt

3-3 ½ c. Flour

Coating

1 c. Sugar

2 Tbl. Cinnamon

½ c. Salted Butter

Caramel Topping

½ c. Salted Butter

½ c. Brown Sugar

2 Tbl. Honey

1 tsp. Vanilla

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes

Preparation:

1. Make the dough. I like to make it in my Kitchen Aid with the dough hook. Mix the Yeast, 1 Tbl. of the Sugar, and the Lukewarm water. The water should be between 68°F and 81°F. Stir it together and let it sit for 5 minutes to let the yeast proof.

2. Add the remaining Sugar, and the Salt. Turn the mixer on slow and slowly add the Flour. Add flour until it forms a ball of dough and is no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl (usually between 3-3½ cups, more humid climates usually require more four). Let it mix for 5 minutes.

3. Turn off the mixer and place a cloth over the dough. Let it sit in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size (I usually place it under my microwave light).

4. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

5. Melt ½ c. Butter in a small bowl. In a seperate small bowl mix the 2 Tbl. Cinnamon and 1 c. Sugar.

6. Grease the Bundt pan. Pinch off a ball of dough that is about the size of a ping pong ball (1-1½ inches) . Roll it in the butter, and then in the Cinnamon Sugar. Place the ball of dough in the bottom of the Bundt pan. Repeat with the remaining dough and place it evenly throughout the bundt pan.

7. In a sauce pan melt ½ c. Butter. Add the Brown Sugar, Honey, and the Vanilla and cook it on a medium heat until it is bubbling. Pour it evenly on top of the dough.

8. Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove it and let it cool for 10 minutes.

9. Turn it upside down on a flat surface.

10. Serve and enjoy!
