This recipe is a one pot wonder! I love a good one pot meal because it is fast and easy and requires less dishes, which makes cleanup easier. My family went wild over this recipe. I love it when every person loves a recipe! It doesn’t always happen that way, unfortunately. This recipe gives you all the flavors of Lasagna without as much work. It is cheesy and delicious! This is going to be added to our menu often when I need a quick dinner without worrying if the kids will eat it. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Sausage

1 Tbl. Minced Garlic

2-24 oz. Jars Marinara Sauce

2 c. Water

18 Lasagna Noodles

15 oz. Ricotta Cheese

½ c. Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbl. Fresh Parsley

¼ tsp. Pepper

3 c. Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation:

1. In a large cooking pot cook the Sausage. When the Sausage is almost cooked through add the Minced Garlic and finish cooking. Drain any extra grease and return to the pot.

2. Add the Marinara Sauce, Water, and break up the Lasagna Noodles into bite-sized pieces. Stir it together. Cover with a lid and cook it on a medium-high heat until the noodles are soft, while stirring often to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

3. While the noodles are cooking, mix the Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Pepper, and the Fresh Parsley. Stir it together well.

4. When the noodles are soft, turn the heat to low, then add spoonfuls of the Ricotta Cheese mixture to the top.

5. Top with Mozzarella Cheese. Place the lid on the pot to allow the cheese to melt. If it doesn’t melt you can place it in the oven for a few minutes to finish melting it.

6. Serve and enjoy!
