
If you need a quick and easy meal that the family will love, then this is a great recipe for you! I love to make one pot meals because it creates less dishes and keeps dinner simple. This recipe can be made in 30 minutes. My kids went wild over this meal! The flavors all go well together. You could substitute other kinds of pasta for the Orzo if you don’t have that on hand. You can also make this a vegetarian meal by omitting the chicken. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Dice the Chicken Breast. Heat a large cooking pot and add the Butter. Then cook the Diced Chicken until it is mostly cooked through. Add the Minced Garlic and finish cooking the Chicken.
2. Add the Orzo Pasta, Water, and the Chicken Bullion. Let it cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
3. Add the Fresh Broccoli and let it cook for another 4 minutes.
4. Add the Heavy Cream and the Shredded Cheese. Stir them in till it is mixed in well.
5. Serve and enjoy!
