This is a delicious summer or fall salad. I love any kind of coleslaw and this is a fun variation that has tons of flavor and is simple to make.If you are someone who loves a ton of flavor in your meal, then this is the recipe for you! I think this recipe might be one of my new favorite ways to cook pasta. It made my taste buds explode! It has some spice to it, but the flavor of this pasta is amazing. The spices and the sausage flavor really cook into the whole dish. This pasta is quick and easy to make, making it a great meal for a busy night. You only have to get one pot dirty, because it all cooks together. My family loved this recipe, and we will be making it on repeat. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 Tbl. Olive Oil

1 Onion

1 Colored Pepper

1 Tbl. Minced Garlic

½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tbl. Knorr Chicken Bullion

6 Kielbasa Sausages

16 oz. Penne Pasta

15 oz. can Diced Tomatoes

2 c. Chicken Stock

1 ½ c. Heavy Whipping Cream

½ c. Parmesan Cheese

Preparation:

1. Chop the Onion, Pepper, and the Sausage.

2. Heat a large pot on a medium heat and add the Olive Oil. Then add the Onion, Garlic, and the Pepper and sauté them for 2 minutes. Add the Sausage and cook it for another 2 minutes.

3. Add the Red Pepper Flakes, Chicken Bullion, Diced Tomatoes, Pasta, Chicken Stock, and the Heavy Whipping Cream. Stir it together. Then cover the pot. Bring it to a boil, and then cook it on a medium heat for 9 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir it every 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the Parmesan Cheese and stir it in.

5. Serve and enjoy!
