No-Bake Cookies
No-bake cookies have always been a favorite of mine. They are so quick and simple to make and they taste amazing! I have adapted this recipe to make it less chewy. They almost melt in your mouth. I don’t like coconut in my no-bake cookies, so I don’t add it. But if you enjoy it, then by all means add some. I just really like the texture of these cookies. They are flatter than some recipes, but they taste so much better. Hope you give them a try!
Preparation:
1. Prepare some Parchment Paper, or Wax Paper on a large surface to put the cookies on when they are done cooking.
2.In a large heavy-bottom pan, add the Butter, Sugar, Milk, and Cocoa. Turn the stove onto medium heat and stir constantly. Bring it to a boil.
3. When it is boiling, remove the pan from the heat and add the Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, and the Vanilla. Stir it in till it is mixed completely.
4. Drop by large spoonful’s onto the Parchment Paper. Let it sit until it is set up completely.
5. Serve and enjoy!
