These cookies can give Crumbl Cookies a run for their money. Seriously, they are amazing! They have the perfect soft and moist chocolate cookie with marshmallow and chocolate frosting. These cookies are to die for! And they stay soft and moist for days! These are my kid’s favorite cookies, and they are so simple to make! If you make these, people will think you are the most amazing cook ever.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Cookies

½ c. Salted

Butter

½ c. Sugar

½ c. Brown Sugar

1 Egg

½ c. Milk

½ c. Cocoa

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Baking Soda

½ tsp. Vanilla

2 c. Flour

10-20 Large Marshmallows (depending on your size of cookies)

Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes

Frosting

½ c. Salted Butter

½ c. Cocoa

2 tsp. Vanilla

¼ c. Milk

3-4 c. Powdered Sugar

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a large mixing bowl mix the Butter, Sugar, and Brown Sugar. Cream it very well.

3. Add the Egg and mix well.

4. Add the Milk and the Cocoa and mix well.

5. Add the Salt, Baking Soda, and the Vanilla. Mix.

6. Add the Flour and mix it well.

7. On a greased baking pan, spoon the dough to make the cookies. I like to make large cookies, so I use a big spoon. See the picture. Here is a link to the baking sheets that I use and love. They are bigger so I can bake cookies so much faster!

8. Bake the cookies for 6 minutes. While the cookies are baking, cut the Marshmallows in half.

9. When the cookies have baked for 6 minutes, remove the pan from the oven. Place 1 or 2 of the marshmallow halves on each cookie. It depends on the size of your cookie whether you use 1 or 2 halves. Put the cookies back in the oven and continue baking for 2 more minutes.

10. Remove the cookies from the oven. Let them sit for 4-5 minutes. Remove the cookies from the pan and place them on a cooling rack. Cool completely.

11. Make frosting by mixing the Butter, Milk, Cocoa, Vanilla, and the Powdered Sugar.

12. Frost the cookies when they have cooled completely.

13. Serve and enjoy!
