Oreo Rice Krispies
If you are anything like me you love both Oreos and Rice Krispie Treats. This recipe combines the best of both worlds and makes an amazing Rice Krispie Treat! I like to make them thick and gooey. They are so simple to make and make the perfect treat for your family or to take to a potluck. They will disappear fast!
Preparation:
1. Break up the Oreos. I usually break them into fourths so that there are big chunks of Oreos.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broken-up Oreos, Rice Krispies, and 2 cups of Mini Marshmallows.
3. Butter a 9x13 glass baking dish.
4. In a large saucepan, melt the Butter on a medium heat. Add the Mini Marshmallows and the Vanilla. Stir constantly so that it doesn’t burn. Cook till the marshmallows are melted.
5. Pour the melted marshmallows into the large mixing bowl and stir to combine everything. When it is mixed well, pour it into the buttered baking dish. Then use your spoon to press it evenly into the pan.
6. Let cool and serve. Enjoy!
