Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
This recipe came from my grandma and is one of our favorite cookies. Who doesn’t love double chocolate? Whenever I make them, they don’t stay around for very long. They are so simple and don’t require any refrigeration. They also stay fresh for a long time!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Combine the Butter, Sugar, and Brown Sugar. Mix this until it is creamed well.
3. Add Eggs and mix well.
4. Add Chocolate Pudding, Baking Soda, and Vanilla and mix well.
5. Add the Chocolate Chips. I prefer semi-sweet, but you can use whatever you prefer. Mix these well.
6. Add the Flour and mix. Dough should be stiff, but still a little sticky. You can roll them in balls if you wish. I usually just scoop them onto the pan.
7. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. They should look mostly cooked through when you take them out of the oven. Here is a link to the Baking sheets that I use and love! They save so much time because they are bigger!
8. Enjoy!
