Instant Pot Honey Chicken
If you are looking for a quick, easy, and healthy dinner for your family, then look no further! I love using the Instant Pot because it is so simple. You can make literally anything in it, and one pot meals are my favorites! This meal takes very little hands-on time and makes such a delicious dinner. I love the flavor of the chicken. The chicken is tender and the sauce is flavorful. I like to serve this with rice and a salad or vegetable. My family loves this meal and always eats it well. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Dice the Chicken and place it in the Instant Pot.
2. Add the Soy Sauce, Honey, Brown Sugar, and the Ginger.
3. Close the lid and set the pressure to high and cook for 10 minutes. When it is done do a quick release of pressure. Stir the Chicken. Click here for the Instant Pot that I use and love!
4. Combine the Corn Starch and the Cold Water. Stir it until it is smooth. Stir it into the Chicken and stir it in completely. It should thicken within a couple of minutes.
5. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
