I love a good Instant Pot recipe. I love how simple and easy it is to make dinner in the instant pot, especially on a busy night. I often will make pasta in the instant pot because the kids always like it and it is cheap. Groceries have been so expensive lately so pasta is a big go-to. This pasta is both delicious and easy. The kids loved it and ate it well. It made a big batch so there was enough to have some leftover for another meal, which I love because then I don’t have to cook! Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook, but I like to have a night off now and then. This recipe reheated well the second day, so it passed all my tests. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 Onion

3 Tbl. Chili Powder

1 lb. Macaroni Noodles

14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes

3 c. Milk

2 Tbl. Knorr Chicken Bullion

1 15 oz. can Red Kidney Beans

Cook 7 minutes

3 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation:

1. Dice the Onion. Turn the Instant Pot onto Sauté. Cook the Ground Beef. Add the Diced Onion and cook it until it is softened. Drain any grease.

2. Add the Chili Powder and stir it in. Add the Macaroni Noodles and spread them out over the top of the Ground Beef.

3. Add the Diced Tomatoes with the juice. Add the Milk, Chicken Bullion, and the Kidney Beans.

4. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn it to High Pressure for 7 minutes. When it is done cooking do a quick release of pressure. Stir the pasta and add the Shredded Cheese. Stir to combine. You can add more cheese on top if you would like.

5. Serve and enjoy!
