Instant Pot Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
Mac and Cheese is a huge family favorite! I have rarely made Kraft Mac and Cheese because I prefer it homemade. There is no substitute for real cheese. Although my family loves both Kraft and homemade, I was on the search for a faster, easier way to make it. I usually make Mac and Cheese when I am busy and need a quick and easy dinner. The Instant Pot method is fast and easy and tastes so good! It only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish and is filling and delicious. My kids always eat it quickly and ask for more. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Pour the Macaroni Noodles into the Instant Pot and spread them out evenly. Pour the Cream and the Milk over the top and add the Butter. Place the lid over the top and press the Pressure Cook button. Set the time for 7 minutes. Click here for the Instant Pot that I use and love!
2. When the time is up do a quick release of the pressure. Stir the Pasta. There will still be a little liquid left over. The Pasta will continue to soak up the liquid.
3. Add the Shredded Cheese and the Garlic Salt. Stir to combine.
4. Serve and enjoy!
