This recipe is a family favorite. I love that it is simple to make and tastes delicious! The combination of the honey with the mustard and curry powder is perfect! This recipe takes 10 minutes to put together and makes a delicious dinner. I like to serve this with Instant Pot Brown Rice and a fruit and vegetable. You can also serve this with potatoes. The extra sauce is yummy on rice or potatoes. I hope that you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

½ c. Melted Butter

¼ c. Dijon Mustard

½ c. Honey

1 tsp. Curry Powder

12 Chicken Legs

Bake at 400° for 45 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. In a small mixing bowl combine the Melted Butter, Dijon Mustard, Honey, and the Curry Powder. Stir it together.

3. Place the Chicken in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour the sauce over the top.

4. Bake the chicken for 45 minutes. Baste it half way through baking.

5. Serve and enjoy!
