BBQ Marinated Chicken
This recipe has always been my favorite way to eat chicken. I have eaten it for my birthday dinner for most of my life because I love it so much! The marinate is simple to make and it makes the most moist, tasty chicken in the world! I know, I am partial, but I just love this recipe so much. My whole family really enjoys this chicken and they ask for seconds. Let it marinate for 6-8 hours, or overnight, and then grill the chicken and you have an easy and delicious dinner.
Preparation:
1. Combine the Oil, Soy Sauce, 7-up, Garlic Powder, and the Horseradish Sauce in a Ziplock bag or a Tupperware. Stir to combine.
2. Cut the Chicken Breasts into smaller grilling pieces, or you can leave them in whole breasts. I usually cut them in half to make it easier and quicker to grill.
3. Place the Chicken in the Marinate and let it marinate in the fridge for 6-8 hours, or overnight for better results.
4. Grill the Chicken. I like to grill it on a low heat because it cooks slower and makes it moist. Continue to baste it with marinate as you cook it and turn it. Cook it until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Serve and enjoy!
