
This easy ham fried rice is a quick and delicious weeknight meal made with simple ingredients and plenty of flavor. Tender pieces of ham, fluffy rice, scrambled eggs, and vegetables come together in a savory, satisfying dish that is perfect for busy nights. This is also a great way to use leftover rice! Preparation:
1. Cook the Rice according to package directions. You can also use leftover rice in this recipe if you have it on hand.
2. While the rice is cooking, scramble the Eggs in a frying pan. Set the Eggs aside.
3. In a large cooking skillet, heat the pan on a medium heat. Add the Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Honey, and the Frozen Peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the Green Onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the Rice, Scrambled Eggs, and the Diced Ham. Stir together and continue to cook on a medium heat until it is all heated through.
5. Add more Soy Sauce according to your personal preference.
6. Serve and enjoy!
