This is a simple recipe that is quick and easy for a busy dinner. This is not an authentic Korean dinner, but it does go well with some good Kimchi. My family loves this meal and I love it because I know that they will eat it well and I can make it in less than 30 minutes! I can have a great meal on the table that is good and healthy that I know that my kids will love that isn’t mac and cheese 😊. It has lots of good flavor to it and is a healthy dinner. I like to pair this with some steamed Broccoli. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Heat a large skillet over a medium heat and cook the Ground Beef with the Minced Garlic and the Sesame Oil. Cook the Ground Beef until it is cooked through completely. Drain the fat.
2. Add the Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Salt, and the Red Pepper Flakes. Let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
3. Serve over rice and serve with Green Onions or Kimchi. Enjoy!
