Guacamole
One of my favorite things to eat year-round is freshly made guacamole. I like to eat it on toast, with tortilla chips, with my tacos, burritos, or even on an omelet. This recipe is simple and delicious and tastes so fresh. You can’t go wrong. It will stay fresh for several days in the fridge.
Preparation:
1. Dice the Jalapeño, Onion, and the Cilantro. Place in a medium mixing bowl. It goes much faster in a food processor.
2.Cut the Avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado out and place it in a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork, or you can use a hand mixer to make it really smooth.
3. Add the Lime Juice, Cumin, and the Garlic Salt. Stir the ingredients together.
4. Chop the tomato very fine. Add and stir.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Alterations
If you are not eating the guacamole, then make sure that it is covered so that it doesn’t turn brown.
You can add more or less Jalapeños depending on your heat preference.
You can omit the Tomato.
