These cookies are both delicious and simple to make. They don’t require any refrigeration, so you can have freshly baked cookies within 30 minutes of beginning to make the dough! I got this idea from Crumbl, but I didn’t really like their Fruity Pebble Cookie. I decided to make my own version and my family all loved this recipe so much more than Crumbl’s! I added White Chocolate Chips and made the cookies soft and fluffy. These cookies were a huge hit at my house and were devoured pretty quickly. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl cream the Butter, Oil, Brown Sugar, and the Sugar. Craem it for 3-4 minutes on a high speed to make it light and fluffy.
3. Add the Eggs and mix them for 3-4 minutes on a high speed.
4. Add the Baking Soda, Salt, Vanilla, and the Flour and mix well.
5. Add the White Chocolate Chips and the Fruity Pebbles and mix them until they are mixed evenly throughout.
6. Roll the dough into 2-inch balls of dough. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 6-7 minutes, or until just lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Then move the cookies to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
7. Serve and enjoy!
