These are one of my favorite cookies. I love the buttery flavor of these cookies combined with white chocolate and macadamia nuts! These cookies are soft and moist. Whenever someone would buy the Sam’s Club cookie tray, I always went for the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. They were my favorite, but I felt like they could be improved. I am not a huge fan of store-bought cookies. I wanted to create my own fool-proof recipe that would have the right amount of flavor and the right texture. This recipe has both. These cookies are simple to make and don’t require any refrigeration. They are delicious fresh out of the oven as well as several days later. When my family tried these cookies they said, “Wow! These are amazing!” That was all I needed. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 c. Salted Butter

1 c. Brown Sugar

¾ c. Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Baking Powder

2 tsp. Vanilla

3 ½ c. Flour

2 c. White Chocolate Chips

1 c. Macadamia Nuts

Bake at 350°F for 10-11 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Butter, Sugar, and Brown Sugar.

3. Add the Eggs and mix well.

4. Add the Salt, Baking Powder, and the Vanilla. Mix well.

5. Add the Flour and mix well.

6. Add the Chocolate Chips and the Macadamia Nuts. Stir them in until they are mixed evenly.

7. Grease a baking sheet. Roll the cookie dough into 1 ½-2-inch balls of dough. Place them evenly on the pan.

8. Bake at 350°F for 10-11 minutes. Don’t overbake. Remove the cookies from the oven. Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack.

9. Serve and enjoy!
