
Mangoes are one of the best things on earth. I love how sweet and juicy they are, and when they are in season, I can’t get enough of them. I love to chop them up and eat them with my meal, or as a snack. This recipe is fresh and full of delicious mango flavor. I could eat this forever and never get tired of it! It is a sweet salsa that is good on chips, good with a taco, or eaten by the spoonful! This is as fresh as it gets, and this recipe will never get old. I like it better than regular salsa. It is a healthy snack and will make taco night even better! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Chop the Mangos into bite-sized pieces and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Chop the Avocados into bite-sized pieces and add them to the mango.
3. Chop the Onion and the Cilantro into small pieces and add them to the mango.
4. Add the Lime Juice and stir together.
5. Serve and enjoy!
