These cookies are one of the yummiest cookies in the world! I love a soft cookie and have been in search of the perfect peanut butter cookie for years. I tried Crumbl’s and thought it was good, but not quite what I was looking for. I liked the texture, but thought it needed a little more flavor to it. I set out to copy it and this cookie recipe has both the texture and the flavor. It is seriously addicting if you love a good peanut butter cookie. You can make this cookie with all the added toppings or you can keep it simple and just make the peanut butter cookie. Either way, this cookie is perfection. If you are a peanut butter lover, then this cookie is definitely for you! I hope you love this recipe as much as I do!

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 c. Salted Butter

1 ½ c. Brown Sugar

½ c. Sugar

2 Eggs

1 c. Peanut Butter

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla

3 ½ -4 c. Flour

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes

Topping

¾ c. Melted Peanut Butter

25-30 Peanut Butter Cups

½ c. Nutella

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Butter, Brown Sugar, and the Sugar.

3. Add the Eggs and mix well.

4. Add the Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla, and the Peanut Butter. Mix it up well.

5. Add the Flour and mix well.

6. Grease a baking sheet and roll the cookie dough into 1 ½-2 inch balls of dough. Place them on the baking sheet. Bake them for 10-12 minutes. Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then move them to a cooling rack to finish cooling.

7. Melt the Peanut Butter in the microwave until it is easy to stir and kind of runny. Then spoon the peanut butter over the top of the cookie.

8. Chop Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces and place 3-5 pieces on top of the melted Peanut Butter. Then drizzle Nutella over the top.

9. Serve and enjoy!
