I bought a Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream Cookie from Crumbl because I love chocolate and peanut butter! I wasn’t really that impressed with their cookie and felt like it was hard and didn’t have a great flavor. I decided I could make my own and improve it. If you love dark chocolate, then this is the cookie for you! This cookie is so much better then Crumbl’s! It is soft and moist, but still has the Oreos on the outside and peanut butter chips on the inside. I think this is the perfect version of this cookie. This cookie is simple to make and will require some refrigeration, but the results will be amazing! I hope you love this recipe as much as I do!

Ingredients:

1/2 c. Salted Butter

3/4 c. Sugar

1 c. Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

2 oz. Unsweetened Baking Chocolate

1/2 c. Dark Baking Cocoa

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 c. Milk

2 c. Flour

2 c. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips

1 c. Crushed Oreos

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 min

Preparation:

1. Cream the Butter, Sugar, and the Brown Sugar.

2. Add the Eggs and mix them in well.

3. Melt the Unsweetened Baking Chocolate. You can do it in a pan on the stove on a medium-low heat, or you can melt it in the microwave. I prefer melting it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time on a medium power level.

4. Add the Melted Chocolate, Dark Cocoa, Baking Powder, Salt, and the Vanilla. Mix it well. Click here for Dark Cocoa Powder.

5. Add the Milk and the Flour and mix well.

6. Add the Peanut Butter Chips and mix them in well. Refrigerate the dough for 3 hours.

7. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or a Ziplock Bag.

8. Grease a baking sheet. Roll the dough into a 1 1/2-2 inch ball. Then roll each ball of dough in the Oreo Crumbs. Place it on the baking sheet.

9. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to cool. They will continue baking. Then move the cookies to a cooling rack to cool.

10. Serve and enjoy!
