
I love anything with Nutella in or on it! These cookies are to die for! They are soft and moist and have the perfect flavor with lots of Nutella in them. They are drizzled with Nutella on top. They make the perfect cookie. My family devours them whenever I make them. They stay soft for several days on their own without any help. Nutella cookies are simple to make and don’t require any refrigeration. Everyone will be asking you for this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Butter, Sugar, and the Brown Sugar.
3. Add the Eggs and mix well.
4. Add the Nutella, Baking Powder, Salt, and the Vanilla. Mix it well.
5. Add the Chocolate Chips and mix.
6. Add the Flour and mix well.
7. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place them on a greased baking sheet. I like to roll my balls of dough 1 ½-2 inches thick to make nice and thick cookies.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the pan for 4-5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack.
9. Place Nutella in a piping bag and drizzle it with the Nutella.
10. Serve and enjoy!
