This is an amazing recipe! This recipe came from my grandma. She was such a good cook and only kept a recipe if it was really good. This cake is delicious and so moist. It is a vanilla cake swirled throughout with cinnamon and topped with cream cheese icing. I love a good bundt cake and this one is one of the best! It is spongy and has the perfect flavor. I added the cheese icing to this recipe and it took it to the next level. The cinnamon swirl with the cream cheese icing is sublime! It is simple to make although it looks like it could be complicated. This recipe takes minutes to put together and will be a huge crowd favorite. This cake could be served any time of year. All you need is a good bundt cake pan. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake

1 White Cake Mix

3 oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding

3 Tbl. Flour

1 c. Sour Cream

¾ c. Water

¼ c. Oil

4 Eggs

Cinnamon Sugar

1/3 c. Sugar

2 tsp. Cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing

¼ c. Salted Butter

4 oz. Cream Cheese

1 tsp. Vanilla

3 Tbl. Milk

2 c. Powdered Sugar

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Cake Mix, Vanilla Pudding, Flour, Water, Sour Cream, Oil, and the Eggs. Mix it well.

3. In a small bowl combine the Sugar and the Cinnamon. Stir together until it is mixed well.

4. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan. Click here for the bundt pan that I use and love.

5. Pour 1/3 of the Cake Batter in the cake pan. Then sprinkle ½ of the Cinnamon Sugar mixture evenly on top. Then add 1/3 Cake Batter and spread it evenly. Then sprinkle the remaining Cinnamon Sugar on top. Spread the remaining Cake Batter.

6. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes before removing the cake. If you are struggling to get the cake out, you can dip the bottom of the pan in some hot water, then try again.

7. Make the Icing. In a medium-sized bowl add the Butter, Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Milk, and Powdered Sugar. Mix it until it is smooth and creamy. Pipe the icing on top of the cooled cake.

8. Serve and enjoy!
