These muffins are a favorite with my family! This recipe is quick and easy to make and makes a large batch so that you can either freeze them, or enjoy them for several days. These are light and fluffy with pieces of chocolate throughout. These make a delicious breakfast, brunch, or snack. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Cream the Butter, Cream Cheese, and the Sugar.
3. Add the Eggs and mix well.
4. Add the Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla, Flour, and the Milk. Mix it until it is smooth and creamy.
5. Add the Chocolate Chips and stir them in.
6. Place muffin cups in your muffin pan. Spray your pan with Pam Spray, and then fill your muffin cups mostly full.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.
8. Serve and enjoy!
