These muffins are absolutely delicious! They are soft, moist, and have the best combination of banana and chocolate. This recipe will beat any muffin you can buy from the store, and may be my all-time favorite muffin. This recipe makes a big batch, so you can either cut the recipe in half or freeze them for quick and easy breakfasts. I like to freeze them so my kids can eat them before school. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized bowl mash the Bananas well.
3. Add the Butter, Cream Cheese, and the Sugar. Mix it until it is smooth and creamy.
4. Add the Eggs, Cocoa, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Vanilla, and the Flour. Mix well.
5. Add the Chocolate Chips and stir them in.
6. Fill the muffin cups ¾ full. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
7. Serve and enjoy!
