These Blueberry Muffins are delicious! This is a different version of Blueberry muffins and the streusel topping is so good. The cream cheese in this recipe makes the texture creamy and moist. These muffins make a good breakfast, brunch, or a snack. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!


Blueberry Muffins

1/2 c. Salted Butter

1 c. Sugar

4 oz. Cream Cheese

2 Eggs

4 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 c. Milk

2 1/2 c. Flour

1 1/2 c. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

Streusel Topping

1/2 c. Sugar

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/3 c. Flour

1/4 c. Salted Butter

Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a medium mixing bowl cream the Butter, Sugar, and the Cream Cheese until it is smooth and creamy.

3. Add the Eggs and mix it well.

4. Add the Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla, Milk, and the Flour. Mix it well.

5. Add the Blueberries and stir them in.

6. Make the Streusel topping. In a small mixing bowl combine the Butter, Sugar, Cinnamon, and the Flour. Mix it well.

7. Place muffin cups in the muffin pans. Spray the pan with pam spray. Then fill each muffin cup till it is mostly full. I like to use a 1/3 c. measuring cup to fill the muffin cup.

8. Sprinkle the streusel topping on each muffin. You should be able to use all of it between all the muffins.

9. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.

10. Remove from the oven.

11. You can serve warm or cold. Serve and enjoy!
