
This is one of my favorite kinds of soup. I love a hearty chicken and veggie soup with tons of flavor. It is a great way to get some protein and veggies in on a cold day. This is a pretty healthy soup, which means that I make it pretty often. My whole family loves this soup. It is rare that everyone likes a recipe because they all have different preferences. This recipe is very simple to make and will make enough for you to enjoy for another meal. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Dice the Chicken Breast and the Onion.
2. Chop the Celery, Carrots, and the Mushrooms.
3. In a large cooking pot melt the Butter. Cook the Diced Chicken till it is mostly cooked through. Add the Onion and cook till the onion is soft.
4. Add the Carrots, Celery, Water, and the Chicken Bullion. Cook on a medium-high heat until the veggies are tender.
5. Add the Sliced Mushrooms and the Heavy Whipping Cream.
6. Turn the heat down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the Mushrooms are soft.
7. Serve and enjoy!
